Career Readiness

High School Reform Film Screening & Panel
April 6, 2016

Presented in partnership by Region 1 Superintendents, Bridging Richmond and Leadership Metro Richmond, school and community leaders gathered to watch Most Likely to Succeed, reflect with one another, and hear reflections from a diverse panel on the topic of high school reform. Energy was high & attendees were eager to reflect — let’s keep that going! Check out the reflections from attendees, Secretary Holton, Bridging Richmond, and more on Twitter: #MLTSfilm, #BridgeRichmond, @BridgeRichmond, and @LMRconnect. Also, keep an eye out for more photos & reflections posted on Twitter & this page.

Thank you to Amazon Education for sponsoring the reception, and to the planning team for developing an event that sparked terrific conversation! Thank you, also, to our panelists for sharing thoughtful reflections on the film & the current state of regional RVA high school reform: Secretary Anne Holton, Dr. Javaid Siddiqi, Mr. Justin Roerink, Mr. Anthony Washington & Dr. James Lane.

Learn about the panelists
